All of our occasion cakes contain four layers of sponge sandwiched between layers of frosting, ganache, and jam or curd.
Of course the number of servings from each cake will depend on the appetite of your guests, but an approximate estimate of servings can be found below:
Each tier consists of three layers of cake with layers of frosting, ganache, jam or curd.
If you want the impact of a lot of tiers but are having a more intimate wedding then 'dummy' tiers can be added.
Servings are based on wedding sized 'finger' portions 1x1.5x5 inches.
